This is a work in progress, the beginning of a book I, Ella Rozett, am writing and to which China Galland graciously agreed to compose the foreword. Today (2/4/2008) I am posting the information I have so far because:

2. This is a call for photos. If you have the copyrights to any high quality Black Madonna photos and are willing to publish them on my site and/or in my book, please contact me. The ones I already have rights to are marked with an asterisk.
3. This is also a call for information. If you want to contribute information please contact me. I will give you credit and reserve the right to edit it.
4. If you think you might want to purchase the book when it comes out, please send me an e-mail to that effect so that I can inform you when it is published. So far, only the 10 French Madonnas marked with an asterisk are available as postcards. If you'd like to purchase them contact me.
